Sinopsis

A remarkable generation emerged with extraordinary capabilities known as "Phenomenons." Among this diverse cohort, a group of rebels known as the "Moon-born" resided on the fallen lunar body, freely harnessing their unique powers. In contrast, there were the Government-born Phenomenons, individuals dedicated to the welfare and protection of the citizens, while maintaining a cautious eye on the Moon-born's activities. Amidst a turbulent and intense battle, Jinwoong, a Government-born Phenomenon, grappled with the loss of control over his devastating earthquake abilities. It was within this chaos that he found solace in the gentle touch of Jaeho, the revered leader of the rebels. Through their subsequent encounters, an indissoluble bond grew between Jinwoong and Jaeho, inciting Jinwoong to question the true essence and intentions of the city's governing authority.
